At Lucky & Me, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original tags are attached and the products are in new condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
